Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns for opened items.

If your product is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please email info@liquidlunge.ca with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product. In most cases, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: Refunds and returns are handled case by case. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
