The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Show Pony Performance Products Ltd., a Canadian brand offering calming equine supplements for horses, including Liquid Lunge™. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
1. Eligibility and Account Use By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information for all purchases made. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for any activity under your account.
2. Our Products We take great care to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, product packaging, descriptions, and images may vary slightly from what you see online due to lighting, screen settings, or product updates. Our equine supplement is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit the quantities available.
3. Orders and Payment All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes based on your shipping address. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and processed. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount.
4. Taxes and Shipping We collect sales tax where applicable, based on federal and provincial Canadian tax laws. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, carrier, and order size. We currently ship within Canada only. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by carriers or customs.
5. Returns and Refunds Due to the nature of consumable goods, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used. For unopened items, please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed instructions. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@liquidlunge.ca within 7 days of delivery.
6. Intellectual Property All content on this site—including images, product names, logos, text, graphics, and layout—is the property of Show Pony Performance Products Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Show Pony Performance Products Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damages from improper use of our products.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be handled by the courts in Ontario.
